About Us
WINECAST celebrates the best of international and Georgian cinema and wine, offering memorable experiences for film and wine lovers of all backgrounds. Held in the homeland of wine, we proudly honor Georgia's 8,000-year winemaking tradition and its history as one of the world’s oldest filmmaking nations.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support the growth and recognition of Georgia's wine and cinema industries. We aim to promote and elevate the diverse voices of local filmmakers and winemakers, fostering conversations that inspire, educate, and entertain.
WINECAST offers film screenings, wine tastings, lectures, discussions, festivals, workshops, and professional development opportunities, connecting audiences with creators from Georgia and beyond.

WINECAST is an annual film festival set in the heart of Kakheti, Georgia, celebrating the perfect blend of wine and cinema.
Against the stunning backdrop of Georgia’s renowned wine-making region, the festival offers wine tastings from local vineyards alongside film screenings from around the world.
With industry events, plenty of wine, a great selection of international films, and a special focus on wine-related cinema, WINECAST promises something for everyone. Tbilisi Wine Museum
Tbilisi Wine Museum is the first museum space in Georgia dedicated specifically to wine and fully presenting the eight millennium-old history of Georgian wine. Our task is to help the visitors perceive within a short time the whole cycle that started 8000 years ago and continues to exist and develop today, in current Georgian reality.


Main Venue: Tsinandali Estate
Tsinandali Estate, located in the heart of Georgia's renowned wine country, serves as the stunning backdrop for the WINECAST festival. This historic estate has a captivating story that dates back to the early 19th century when Prince Alexander Chavchavadze transformed it into a cultural epicenter. Renowned for his contributions as a winemaker, poet, and intellectual, Chavchavadze attracted some of the greatest literary minds of his time, making the estate a vibrant gathering place for artists and thinkers alike.
The Tsinandali complex features a memorial house, a picturesque landscape garden, a historical winery, and a wine cellar, all set amidst the region's rich history and many vineyards. Guests can enjoy outstanding amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Caucasus Mountains and a variety of restaurants for a memorable dining experience. The estate also boasts impressive meeting facilities, including an open-air amphitheater that accommodates up to 1,200 guests.

Kakheti: The Heart of Georgian Wine
Kakheti is renowned as the premier wine-making region of Georgia, producing nearly three-quarters of the country’s wine grapes on land enriched by thousands of years of viticultural tradition. This captivating eastern region offers a unique blend of exquisite wines, rich history, and diverse landscapes. Spanning 11.3 square kilometers, Kakheti features ancient settlements, medieval temples, impressive castles, and distinctive Tush towers. Nature lovers will be enchanted by stunning waterfalls, serene alpine lakes, and the exotic beauty of the Vashlovani Reserve’s colorful desert and mud volcanoes.
